The school is currently closed for the summer but we are looking forward to seeing all of our children and families again on Wednesday 2 September 2020. Thank you for supporting us and best wishes and good health to all our families!
Message from the Head - Mr Mitchell

Welcome to the Woodloes Primary School website!

You will have noticed that the purpose and use of our school website has changed significantly in the last few weeks. We were in the process of updating the website but this has been postponed temporarily as the site has been adapted to provide 2 key functions for our school community:

1. To act as a notice board for vitally important messages and important information and,

2. To act as a virtual classroom to support a continuation of learning and progression for all of our pupils.

The school is closed for the summer and we will be welcoming back all of our children in September. We are looking forward to catching up with all of our children and their families and helping everyone to catch up and fine tune their knowledge and skills.

In the meantime, please take care of yourselves, stay well and our best wishes go to you and and all of your family.

 Mr Andrew Mitchell

(Head teacher)

Unbelievably proud to present.... 'Things We Did in Lockdown!'
Woodloes' artistic celebration of the courage shown by our community as we coped with the most challenging times we've ever faced together. Thank you to all  who contributed their ideas to these beautiful piece.
Thank you too 'Smurf' our artistic friend.

Keeping our children safe is our number one priority especially during school closure. Our safeguarding team, comprising Mr Mitchell, Mrs Stevens, Mrs Lambert, Mrs Furlong and Mr Clark meet every week (online) to share information and support our children and families.

Ordinarily, if needed, we can be contacted at any time at school but this isn't possible at the moment. With this in mind we have set up a new safeguarding email address for anyone to use if they have any concerns about the safety and well-being of any of our pupils. One of our DSL team will be on duty to monitor this address and we can be contacted on:

Please remember, if you believe a child is at risk of imminent harm then you should always call the police on 999.

If you have any concerns that any child is suffering from any form of neglect, abuse or cruelty then please contact Warwickshire Children's services on : 01926 414144 or visit for more information.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and we are now more reliant on each other to stay safe and well than we have ever been. Take care, notice things, stay safe.

We are pleased to announce that all children will have access to the online library from MyON over the summer holidays to enable them to continue to develop a love of reading.
Please look on your year group VLE page for log in details.
AR quizzing will end on July 17th 2020 and restart at the beginning of the new academic year in September.
Please head towards the School Info page for links to new information.
Please go to our Parent's Page in the Virtual Classroom to find out more.
